Hello and welcome to my blog! Everyone says you eat with your eyes first, but I feel that your nose plays an important role too! I love making food that is not only colorful and full of fresh ingredients, but also is aromatic and flavored with a medley of spices. As a vegetarian, I feel that any recipe can be extraordinary by adding a few more vegetables, legumes, nuts and spices. I hope you will feel the same way as you read my blog and try my recipes. A very productive day!!!

Wow! What a great day! I finished a slipcover project for a customer, in the evening I made an apron and in the night when everyone is sleeping I made my Almond Peda and a huge batch of Ginger- Almond Biscotti.
